The huddle Space is a room that is designed for a small group of team members to concentrate on specific details of a project without the distractions that often occur in an open planned office. The Space are typically more compact than a meeting room & generally has less technology built in.

Huddle Spaces generally put a big emphasis on the bring your own device (BYOD) solution. They generally include a wall mounted or trolley mounted LCD display for sharing content. Which is connected to a content sharing device. Which allows staff to use their own laptop to connect standard cable assemblies as well connect wirelessly to share content from a laptop or smartphone.
A small webcam/conference cam with a built-in microphone further compliments an organizations Huddles Space’s. Giving the team the ability to collaborate with members remotely or the ability to record conversations for future reflections & referencing.
